Conditions of Hire

for Winscott Barton Farmhouse Accommodation

1. Weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday. All lettings commence at 3 pm on the day of arrival and properties should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

2. In the event you have to cancel your reservation, every effort will be made to re-let your booking. If successful your deposit will be refunded, less an administration charge of £10.If we are unable to re-let you will be liable for the full amount of the rental.

3. We regret we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any car or its contents, or the personal effects of the guests occupying the property, and that the use of all amenities at the property are entirely at the user's risk.

4. All damages must be either replaced with similar or paid in full including labour.

5. Pets are welcome, on the understanding that they are looked after properly. There is an aditional charge of £30 per small dog per week. Others by arrangement. Pets must not be shut in the holiday accommodation unattended and must not be allowed to sleep on the beds or other furnishings. Winscott Barton is surrounded by farmland and sheep, therefore the strictest control will be required at all times. Any damage caused by your pet will be the full responsibility of its owner.

6. The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left clean and tidy after your stay
