"The Bushel" (sleeps 2-4 + Cot)

This recently refurbished unique granary with delightful over play area and open fields to distant Dartmoor is perfectly located for touring North Devon with its wealth of popular sandy beaches and attractions which includes Dartington Crystal, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and more.

Accommodation offers one double bedroom (Sofa bed if required). En suite bathroom with electric shower and WC. Lounge/diner with kitchen area with cooker, auto washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave and colour TV. Electric heating. Patio area with seating. Shared use of large lawn gardens and barbecue. Beach 3 miles, pub and shop 2 miles.

This historic accommodation, built on stilts, is composed mostly of wood with a slate roof; it has wide steps which lead you up onto the patio, and main entrance. It was formerly used for grain storage and milling and retains much of its original charm and characteristics with exposed beams etc. It caters especially for young couples with facilities for babies or the active elderly couple looking for peace and quiet.

"The Cottage" (Ground floor wing sleeping 6 + cot)

Adjoining the rear of the farmhouse and overlooking the farmyard and lake, this cottage wing was newly converted in 1999 and is comfortably furnished and centrally heated throughout.

There are two bedrooms - double and twin-bedded and double bedded, one with pine furnishings. Shower room/ wc and separate cloakroom/wc. The tastefully decorated and spacious living room has a wood burning stove (logs at cost), colour TV, video, DVD and double settee. The fitted kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge,

freezer,dishwasher, automatic washing machine, etc. There is also a small walled garden with a goldfish pond and waterfall.

Accommodation is spacious, well equipped and comfortably furnished with central heating throughout. Ideal for two family occupation. Four spacious  

spacious bedrooms (three with fine views) double, twin bedded, double with two singles and double and single. Bathroom/WC. Second WC/washbasin also on first floor. Large living/dining room with wood burner (logs at cost), colour TV and video. Newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, auto washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer etc. Additional electric heaters available. Private walled garden.
